Groups multiple dioceses into a region (especially outside India)
Ensures coordination between dioceses in a particular area
Organizes regional events and initiatives
4. National Level
Represents MCA at the country level
Coordinates activities across all dioceses within the nation

5. Global / International Level
Connects MCA units worldwide
Strengthens unity among Malankara Catholics globally
